How to Care for your Pearly Whites

The first 48 hours after a Teeth Whitening is crucial when it comes to maintaining the results. We tell patients to follow the “White Diet”, or avoid food and drink that would stain a white t-shirt.

To minimize sensitivity, it is recommended to avoid extreme temperatures on foods and drinks, or anything acidic. Using Mi Paste or Sensodyne sensitive toothpaste can help reduce sensitivity as well.

For people who cannot make it to regular appointments or want to try whitening at home, we sell easy to use whitening pens and full Kits.

The whitening pens are perfect for quick, on the go touch-ups and the whitening kit for at home treatments.
