Cavity Fighting Foods After Halloween!

The morning after Halloween and lots of candy eating! It is the time to make sure to feed our kiddos some foods that help fight the sugar bugs!

 

Here are some foods that help neutralize the pH in your mouth, stimulate saliva and protect against cavities:

Cheese

Yogourt

Milk

Nuts

Carrots (and other crunchy vegetables)

Water
